I am happy to thoroughly recommend the work of JCP East Oxford who have just acted for me in the sale of a property in Oxford. I bought the plot through the company and was happy to sell with them. I found David Wilkins to be very professional but still flexible in his approach. As the property was a new build, I wanted good quality marketing and was overall very happy with the photography and representation on all of the websites. I felt the fees were reasonable. I probably could have negotiated a lower fee with another company but I felt we got a professional job done and could rely on the staff dealing with the sale.
