We are first time buyers and have just bought a property where JCP on Cowley Road were the selling agents. After a bad experience with another agent, we were deeply suspicious going into this transaction but we really cannot speak highly enough of JCP and David Wilkins in particular. We actually exchanged contracts during the period of lockdown where we didn't think that any progress would be made but David (from home) kept the transaction moving along and was in touch with us constantly, to smooth out any difficulties. We really felt that he took a personal interest in the transaction proceeding and a professional pride in the job.
