Oxford is renowned as an international hub for students and with a likely 2.6% increase of undergraduate students for the coming academic year, the Oxford student housing market is set to grow.

Planning applications have been submitted across the city, with the hopes of providing over 100 new student digs in Oxford. St. Hilda’s College has submitted plans to build 72 new student rooms, across 2 buildings, with a new gym as well as health and welfare facilities.

St. Hilda’s College has sustainability at the forefront of their plans, with buildings designed to achieve the highest standard of energy efficiency and supporting a zero carbon future. Found out more here.

Similarly, Green Templeton College have submitted plans to create 3 blocks of student accommodation, which will house 51 students and include catering facilities, study space, a library and a gym facility.
