I am particularly grateful to David Wilkins for his patience, his knowledgeable advice, his superb skills at communicating with the buyers, his common sense and his practical help when it came to arranging extra surveys and assessments on my property. I felt supported and helped, and only got kind words and understanding when I got a little frustrated by the slowness of the process (NOT due to JCPenny!!!!) and turned to him knowing full well he was doing his utmost! I knew from the start I was in excellent hands, and I will recommend him and your firm with no hesitation. I was also very pleased with the Walton Street office, who worked closely with David, and were, too, extremely considerate and supportive. A splendid team!
