Director

Teresa has been an Estate Agent in and around Oxford for 30 years, having worked at JCP Estate Agents for the last 15 years and she is proud to be a member of The National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).Since the age of 18, Teresa has always worked in industries which focus on sales and customer service and she is renowned for her excellent client care which has a foundation of professionalism with a superb attention to detail and is underpinned by a sound knowledge of Estate Agency. She believes in delivering on her promises and going that ’extra mile’ for her clients which has been rewarded by vendors and purchasers returning to use the services of JCP time and time again.

DAVID WILKINS

Director

David has been a practising Estate Agent in Oxford now for 30 years, dealing with a broad spectrum of property both in the city and in village locations. Starting in the corporate sector, David moved into private practice in the 1990s and has now brought all of that experience to JCP, becoming a Director at the beginning of 2016. David has an excellent reputation for customer service and problem solving in the house buying and selling process. David lives in the centre of Oxford in Grandpont; is married and has three children at local schools. Any spare time is spent trying to maintain a golf handicap of 12.

FRANCIS WINSTONE-PARTRIDGE F.N.A.E.A.

Associate Director

Francis is a well- known face in Oxford property having been born, bred, and educated locally. He has been an estate agent for more years than he cares to remember, but still has an enthusiasm and passion for property and people, which with his unrivalled knowledge and experience has won him various accolades and national awards, including the National Association of Estate Agents “Best Estate Agency of the Year”.He is also experienced in land and property development, and is currently converting an 18^th century barn as his home. Coming from a farming and business background, he is passionate about agrarian and countryside matters, and in his spare time enjoys countryside walks with his wife and dogs, Rosie (a Border Terrier) and Winston (a French Bulldog who thinks he is a Border Terrier) as they have known each since birth coming from the same breeder. One of his other passions is Welsh rugby and his great grandfather played on the wing for the Welsh national champions Pontypool RFC.

MARIA BARKA

Lettings Department

Maria moved to Oxford as a postgraduate student at Brookes University in 2011, and she has been working in customer service for over six years. Working in a Service let estate agency in North Oxford has provided her with some good experience in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues. She is now expanding her field of knowledge working in Lettings with JCP. She enjoys doing yoga, visiting new places and spending time with her family and friends.

BETH WATSON (BA HONS)

Beth started her Lettings career in Winchester as a Lettings Negotiator after she graduated University. After many years of hard work and experience working in various market places within Hampshire, she has now joined JCP as Head of Lettings and is very enthusiastic about the future of the industry.

Having experience in both corporate and independent agencies, Beth is very passionate about customer satisfaction and strives to provide an impeccable service to all clients, both landlords and tenants.

She enjoys travelling, music (in particular playing piano & guitar) and spending time with her new Dalmatian puppy ‘Milo’, who her and her partner are absolutely besotted with.

AMBER GOODGAME (BA HONS)

Amber has lived in Oxford her whole life and is a graduate of The University of Reading. Having previous experience in retail, she has transferred these sales and customer service skills to JCP. She strives to provide the best service possible to both vendors and clients. In her spare time Amber enjoys keeping fit and going on long walks in the Cotswolds. She also enjoys singing and has performed at local open mic nights.

ZSOFIA SZAM

Zsofia worked in catering for a number of years before completing her Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship. She has gained her qualification with distinction while working in sales for an independent estate agency in Warwickshire. Zsofia joined JCP in May 2018 and has a dual role, working both in sales and lettings. Zsofia and her partner have just bought their first home together, needless to say, in her free time Zsofia is enjoying lots of DIY.
