Prompt support in emergencies

I have been very impressed by the level of support received from Alex and Winnie at JCP. Most recently, our boiler failed the morning we left for an international trip, leaving our cat alone in a house with no heat. I contacted JCP, and they had the boiler repaired within 24hrs before the house could even get cold.
