All of the staff at JCP Cowley were nothing but professional and supportive in difficult personal circumstances. David Wilkins in particular gave me all the time I needed and lots of understanding. I began the process slightly baulking at the commission I would be paying, but ended up thinking it was cheap at the price. Without David's thoroughness and diligence, we would never have got this sale over the line - he went above and beyond what I expected from a selling agent. This was my first experience of selling a house, and I doubt I will get quite the same level of service again, but it is clear to me now why the high street agents will always win out against online versions like Purple Bricks. Steven Sykes was also a fantastic help on a number of occasions, talking me through processes at great lengths and being sympathetic to my needs and the circumstances.
