David Wilkins and his team, Steven and Anita, were very approachable and proactive from the first day right through the whole sales process. They were also very sympathetic to particular needs and found us two buyers for the property ultimately meaning we achieved £15k over our guide price which was a very good outcome and would not have been the case if it wasn't for their very hands on approach. They kept me fully up dated with feedback and realistic advice. I am extremely grateful.
