We are very satisfied with the eventual outcome of our long association with JCP. Whilst our first attempt to sell and buy a property with them was unsuccessful, by establishing contact we were later introduced to a property "off -market" which was ideal for us (though also rather more expensive). We would like to thank Teresa O'Hara for introducing us to the second property even though when she first did so it was beyond out budget. The sale and purchase involved a chain of 6, and we particularly commend Helen Dodd's handling of this in the later stages of the process, which involved various hiccups including an intervention into a solicitors' firm further down the chain.
