In selling a house I am looking for an estate agent who will be efficient, professional and knowledgeable about the area. I am also looking for someone who cares about the individuals that they represent...IE a house is not one of a long list of things to do and targets to achieve(!) but a cared for asset belonging to a client. David was calm, honest and sincere. Exactly what we needed. Thankyou!
