It’s an exciting Summer in the academic World as open days at the schools and the University of Oxford are scheduled throughout June, July and September.

The University colleges welcome drop in visitors but some do require you to book in advance for some of their events. Open Days offer a rare opportunity to visit departments and speak to staff and students who know all about the subject and what it is like to study it there.

The whole spectrum is covered from Archaeology and Anthropology to Theology and Religion. Libraries and Museums also participate with tours available at the Bodleian Law Library and the Sackler Library.

For those who wish to take advantage of this opportunity there is an Open Day Information Centre at the Examination School, 75-81 High Street.
