Complementing our traditional estate agency services, James C Penny provide a truly bespoke Acquisition Service that will alleviate a great deal of the time, effort and pressures involved in the sourcing and procurement of properties for occupation, investment or development purposes. By utilising our extensive local market knowledge and numerous connections we can guarantee that the properties we present for your consideration are only those that will best fit your criteria and requirements.
How we operate
Via an initial consultation, we will discuss and establish exactly what your individual property requirements are. Once agreed, we will research and produce a candidate list of properties that we believe best fit with the parameters set during our initial consultation and contact you to discuss your preferences and confirm which you wish to view.
If timing is critical, and a selected property requires urgent action, you may want us to act on your behalf and instruct us to view the properties for you and report back to you with our observations. If at this stage you decide to make an offer on a property, we can introduce you to the selling agent or vendor to negotiate direct. Alternatively, we can handle the negotiations on your behalf, acting as your liaison with other agencies including the commissioning of surveys and specialist planning and architectural reports, working for and with you, up to final completion.
